"Le bruit de la cuisine et de la salle à manger au dessous de la chambre Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi 25 apm pour l'anniversaire de mon épouse. Nous revenions d'un trek de 12jours en montagne très éprouvant physiquement. Le choix de ce lieu tenait de son environnement calme afin que l'on reprenne des forces. Le samedi à partir de 14h30, après avoir visité la région nous sommes allés nous reposer dans notre chambre mais ce fut impossible : des bruits de marteaux, scie, et perceuse n'ont cessé de nous importuner empêchant tout repos. A 16h nous avons quitté la chambre pour aller se reposer à la piscine, seul lieu calme. Le samedi soir, nous avons été importuné jusqu'à 00h15 par les bruits de la salle de restaurant et des cuisines qui se trouvaient juste en dessous de notre chambre BLANCHE. Je suis absolument très déçu car rien n'a été fait pour s'excuser de ces dérangements."

"The hotel itself and views are absolutly stunning, but what really made our stay extra special was the staff. It started at the restaurant, where everyone is not only super professional but also really kind. And this for everyone we met during our stay (3 nights). The kind of genuine kindness that unfortunatly is rather rare in French hospilately. I highly recommend this place, the restaurant, and while you are there don't hesitate a second and rent their boat for a private tour on the lake with picnic. It's nothing like the public boats and you will avoid doing a long queue. Wonderful pool. Delicious dinners. We loved our stay. Also : we are vegetarian by preference and the restaurant was very accomodating to this. Big plus. Definitly visit the little village Moustier, so pretty and nice walks starting from there."

"The hotel is located in one of the most fantastic regions in France. Being owned by Alain Ducasse, I expected the food to be great but it was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast beyond great, they use ingredients produced in their garden and dinner was an unforgettable experience, with the view of the sun setting behind the mountains. The staff did all they could to make sure we had all we needed."
